Rasa Rasa Bali Denpasar

 

 

 

I planned to meet up with a friend today to discuss our group project.

We were originally going to meet at Momoyo, but it was more crowded than expected, so we changed the meeting spot to Rasa rasa Bali.

This was actually my third visit there.

I ordered the Winter Strawberry (that’s the name of the drink) and a Club Sandwich, and my friend ordered a Matcha Latte.

I thought the Winter Strawberry had Yakult in it, but the staff said it’s made with a mix of different ingredients.

Anyway, it’s a flavor I really like.

The Club Sandwich at Rasa rasa Bali is great value for money.

I especially like the thick-cut fries in the middle—they’re nice and chunky.

The group project is going smoothly—well, except for the fact that two out of four members dropped out.

One of them caused drama from the beginning. She tried to exclude the other members and wanted to work on the project with just me. Then she changed the topic on her own and made a completely wrong PowerPoint, which I had to redo. In the end, she left the group, saying she didn’t have enough time.

I noticed something strange about her from the beginning. I call it the “Sombong smell” — it means a kind of rude and selfish.

This isn’t my first time dealing with that kind of smell. I’ve known someone else like this for two years now, and that smell doesn’t go away easily, so it’s best to stay cautious. (Yes, it’s that same “Cari muka” girl I mentioned last time at Jepun Ayu Hair Salon.)

The other member is currently back in her hometown, and there’s no internet there, so it’s been hard to communicate.

Right now, she has to walk all the way to a tree near her house just to check WhatsApp, so quick replies aren’t possible. So now I just add “under the tree” after her name.
