2080 Burger x Cibo Pasta House Sanur

 

 

 

The Chope app no longer offers “Deal” services, but it still works well as a menu reference.

While browsing restaurants on Chope, I came across the menu for 2080 x Cibo! Sanur (2080 Burger x Cibo Pasta House), and it caught my eye, so I chose to go there today.

 

Now I had to decide whether to drive or take a Grab car.

Fortunately, they have a cute parking area, so I think it’s okay to drive.

 

Their showcase was filled with colorful pasta noodles.
Pastel pink, blue, and even purple ones looked so pretty up close.
Hmm… today, pasta seems like a better choice than a burger.

 

When ordering, you can choose your pasta and sauce separately.

Pasta : ①Spaghetti, ②Tagliatelle, ③Linguine, ④Fusilli, ⑤Potato Gnocchi, ⑥Ravoli, ⑦Imported Non-Gluten Pasta

Sauce : ①Spicy Aglio Olio & Peperoncino, ②Ligurian Basil Pesto, ③Seafood Bisque Sauce, ④Truffle Mushrooms Sauce, ⑤Spicy Cherry Tomato Arrabbiata, ⑥Ragu’ Alla Bolognese, ⑦Carbonara

 

Whenever I have to choose just one, I wish I had two stomachs.

I went with the combination of ① Spaghetti and ③ Seafood Bisque Sauce.

 

I also got a Caesar salad and a Coke Zero.

I almost switched my drink to a Bintang, but the small can was surprisingly pricey, so I just stuck with a Coke. (I remember it being around 46,000 to 48,000 rupiah.)

 

The Seafood Bisque Sauce Spaghetti tasted like spaghetti mixed with crab roe paste.

I’m not sure if it was actually crab roe paste since I didn’t ask, but in any case, not just the flavor but even the color and texture felt exactly like crab roe paste.

Even though crab is common in Bali, I hardly ever get to eat crab roe paste, so I spent the whole meal telling myself it was crab roe paste while eating the spaghetti, and it was absolutely delicious.
